+ How is the material of the canvas print?
Printed on 200-350gsm cotton canvas, our canvas prints are durable, waterproof, anti-yellowing, and tear-resistant. Unlike regular paper or posters, our canvas prints look and feel like museum-quality prints.
+ What is the printing process?
Our prints are produced using the Giclée printing process, which uses industry leading inkjet printers with high precision nozzles and archival ink to produce museum-quality prints. Unlike normal commercial printing, which produces prints that are not archival and susceptible to damage from sun and humidity, the Giclée printing method produces prints that are designed to last.
+ Can you help me pick a size?

TIP: Use a pillowcase and tape it on your walls. If you like the size, the 20"x28" (50x70cm) canvas print is perfect for you. Think it's too small or too big? Size up or down according to your liking. Please note the prints may differ by 1-2cm.
+ Are the canvas prints framed or mounted?
No, these are canvas prints only.
+ How will the canvas prints be shipped?
To protect our paintings during international shipping, all paintings are rolled up and shipped in a sturdy PVC tube to avoid damages. Once the painting is stretched on a flat base or simply framed and hung on a wall, the print will return back to its original state.
+ I'd like to stretch my canvas prints on a frame. Is there a bleed area?
Most of our canvas prints do not come with a bleed area. If you'd like to add a bleed, simply add a order note (located on the cart page) to let us know the measurements of your desired bleed before you purchase. Common bleed areas are 1-1.5" (3-4cm).
