Returns

Customer service is our priority and we're happy to help. If an item isn't the perfect match for your home, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, please contact us with your full name, order number, and the reason for your return. We will send you further instructions. All items must be mailed to our returns warehouse. 

**Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee**

Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your items. We do not supply a return shipping label. If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Wholesale orders are final sale. 

Damaged Product Delivered

We offer FREE returns or exchanges for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Package Undelivered / Returned to Sender

Lost a product? We will re-ship orders that have been returned to us if they are undeliverable to the correct address. Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your shipment does not arrive or is faulty upon arrival, please contact us and we will strive to help you.
