Shipping

We want your new pieces on your table as soon as possible, so here's exactly what to expect once you order.

Free shipping, everywhere

Every order ships free, to every country we deliver to, and every order comes with tracking.

When your order ships

We pack and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as yours is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number.

Tracking can take a day or two to show movement, and for some countries it only updates once your parcel arrives in the country. That's normal, and your order is still moving.

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 days of shipping, wherever you are. Busy seasons, holidays and customs checks can occasionally add a few days.

Our pieces ship from our warehouses in the United States and Asia. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Nothing is missing; the rest is on its way.

If something arrives damaged

Ceramics travel a long way, and once in a while one doesn't make the trip. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. There's no need to send it back: we'll ship a free replacement, or refund the full price if that piece is sold out. See the Refund Policy for the details.

If your order hasn't arrived

If your tracking hasn't moved in a while or your order is running late, get in touch and we'll look into it with the carrier. If a parcel comes back to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll ship it out again to the correct address.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you. See the Refund Policy for how to start a return.
