We offer free standard worldwide tracked shipping on all orders! We process your orders within 1-3 business days and deliveries are typically made within two weeks.
Delays can happen but are extremely rare. Please be patient and your order will arrive within the maximum of 60 days, but a vast majority of orders arrive much faster.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link right away via e-mail. Make sure to also check your junk mail folder, as emails may end up there. Please note that sometimes the tracking number does not update right away and tracking to certain countries only update upon arrival within the country.
If you order multiple items at a time, it may be split into separate shipments due to logistics at our warehouses. We will also provide separate tracking IDs for the respective shipments.
Customer service is our priority and we're happy to help. If an item isn't the perfect match for your home, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. We offer FREE returns or exchanges for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact uswithin 7 days of receiving the item to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photos may slightly differ from actual item in terms of color due to the photoshoot lighting or the monitor's display.
Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred because of an error on our part, please contact us and we will be happy to replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
Lost a product? We will re-ship orders that have been returned to us if they are undeliverable to the correct address. Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your shipment does not arrive or is faulty upon arrival, please contact us and we will strive to help you.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible from the time you submitted your order.
