I ordered 4 mugs. The first 2 came (I liked the quality). The other 2 came in a separate package but it was damaged during delivery. However, I reached out to Amanda and she was so quick to respond to my inquiries and immediately reshipped the 2 broken mugs. I know it wasn't their fault and that it was probably damaged during delivery, but their customer service was amazing and I am a happy customer in the end :)
